Email [email protected] from the address on your account (or have your workspace admin send the request) and tell us what to delete:
We confirm receipt within 5 business days, complete the deletion within 30 days, and reply telling you exactly what was deleted and when. Backups age out on their own schedule and are fully cleared within 90 days of deletion.
Email [email protected] with the name or work email you gave the chat (or the approximate date and what you asked, if you didn't give either), and we'll delete that conversation and any details attached to it. Closing your browser tab already clears the conversation from your device; this deletes it from our side too.
Billing and invoice records tied to a paid plan are kept for up to 7 years after the account closes, to meet our tax and accounting obligations — see the retention section of our Privacy Policy. Everything else described above is deleted on the timeline stated.
BrandPatrol doesn't offer "Log in with Facebook," "Log in with Google," or any other third-party sign-in, and doesn't request access to your Meta or Google account. There's no separate access token or connected app to revoke on your end — deleting your BrandPatrol data through the steps above is the complete process.
